Below are links to a copy of the four page contract used by us. The contract is a joint 'Assured Shorthold Tenancy' which has been approved by Unipol. All tenants should be present at the time of signing and should all have read the contract prior. £30 signing fee must be paid by each tenant at the time of signing and a further £270 should be paid either in full or by post dated cheque (dated for payment with your next loan). We do not request parental guarantors but they can be used if you as a group wish them to be.
