We have been members of Unipol for over 10 years and are classed as golden owners as we have traded without complaint. We are also members of UKALA and are Leeds City Council accredited. All our properties are within 10 minutes walk of our office which makes it easy for tenants to call in with any problems. We pride ourselves on having a good relationship with our tenants and acting upon complaints quickly and effectively. Due to this a large number stay on with us either at the same property or by regrouping and signing for a new house. All bonds are protected by the TDS and are contract is a standard Short hold Tenancy Agreement which is Unipol approved.
